Rebuilding
Process
Our
next effort was to rebuild the machinery to modernize
its operation and to increase its production capacity.
The effort was not tiresome for our skilled and
experienced technical team with ample financial support
from the side of Parent Company Management. Further, we
approached the vendors of existing machinery, M/s Metso
Paper Como, Italy ( the pioneer of Paper mill machinery)
and commenced rebuilding in the year 2004. We have
upgraded or replaced all infrastructures or
installations.
During
rebuilding we started the process of recruiting the
skilled and unskilled workers. We brought in experienced
and dedicated work force from different countries after
thoroughly scrutinizing their workmanship to fulfill our
standards.
We
built up a new administration wing, auxiliary services
such as MCC, laboratory, boiler room etc. to give
appropriate working environment for our staff.
The Gulf Paper Manufacturing Free Zone Co
(GPMFZCO)
had successfully launched its first lot of production
during the last quarter of the year 2005.
In 2006 we purchased a
second hand Winder Machine (from Europe) in good
condition to improve the winding and cutting of the
reels. The machine made by Jagenberg AG, Germany. This
machine was rebuilt and modernize by Seei Italy and GPMC
maintenance Department.
